4Travel Services and Supplier Relationship

TWB provides professional travel-advisory, research, reservation, coordination, and support services to clients. Travel products and services—including flights, hotel accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, travel insurance, and activities—are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

When you book travel through TWB, you enter into a separate contractual relationship with the applicable travel supplier(s). Each supplier's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and liability limitations apply to your booking. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding those terms before confirming any reservation.

TWB will provide you with available supplier terms and booking confirmations. It is your responsibility to review all documents and contact us promptly if any information appears incorrect.

5Travel Services Disclaimer

TWB Travel Services, Inc., doing business as TWB Travel Group, provides professional travel-advisory, research, reservation, coordination and support services. Travel products and services are provided by separate and independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, destination-management companies, activity providers, travel-insurance companies and other vendors ("Travel Suppliers").

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, TWB does not own, operate, manage or control these Travel Suppliers or their employees, equipment, accommodations, transportation, schedules, policies or services. Each Travel Supplier is responsible for delivering the products and services it sells.

TWB exercises professional care when researching, recommending, reserving and coordinating travel. However, travel involves circumstances and decisions outside TWB's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWB is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, insolvency, bankruptcy, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking, strikes, mechanical problems, service deficiencies, lost or damaged baggage, property loss, personal injury, illness, quarantine, governmental action, weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, criminal activity, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, border closure or other conduct or conditions attributable to a traveler, Travel Supplier, government authority or other third party.

TWB cannot guarantee uninterrupted travel, specific weather, destination conditions, supplier performance, upgrades, special requests, refunds, compensation or a particular outcome. Website photographs and descriptions are illustrative and may not reflect current conditions, exact rooms, views, vehicles, amenities or experiences.

If travel plans change, TWB will make reasonable efforts to provide guidance, communicate with suppliers and identify available options. Final decisions regarding rebooking, refunds, credits, waivers, compensation and supplier performance remain subject to the applicable Travel Supplier's policies and governing law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies vary by supplier and trip type and will be communicated to you in writing prior to booking.

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable supplier's policies. TWB will assist you in navigating cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee refunds, credits, or waivers from suppliers.

TWB strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel protection insurance to cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is a separate product provided by independent insurance companies.

7Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all travelers hold valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents for all destinations and transit points;
• Reviewing all booking confirmations, itineraries, and supplier terms promptly and notifying TWB of any errors;
• Complying with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements imposed by airlines, cruise lines, destinations, and government authorities;
• Arriving at airports, ports, and departure points at the required times;
• Conducting yourself in accordance with the rules and policies of all Travel Suppliers; and
• Maintaining adequate travel insurance coverage.

TWB is not responsible for costs, losses, or damages arising from a traveler's failure to meet these responsibilities.

8Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep the information on this Website accurate and current. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose.

Prices, availability, itineraries, and supplier offerings are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing by the applicable supplier.
