Please do not provide Social Security numbers or other information we have not requested. When passport copies or similarly sensitive documents are required, use only the secure submission method provided by TWB rather than ordinary email unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

3Sensitive Personal Information
Certain travel services may require sensitive information, such as passport details, dates of birth, accessibility needs, health-related accommodation requests, or payment information. We request and use this information only when reasonably necessary to provide requested travel services, comply with supplier or legal requirements, prevent fraud, or protect travelers.
Some suppliers may require sensitive information as a condition of transportation, accommodation, insurance, accessibility assistance, or entry into a destination. If you decline to provide required information, we may be unable to complete or properly service the affected travel arrangement.
4How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
Travel suppliers and service providers
Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, destination-management companies, transportation providers, travel-insurance providers, activity providers, payment processors, booking platforms, and other suppliers involved in researching, booking, paying for, managing, or fulfilling travel.
Business and technology providers
Website hosts, online-form providers, customer-relationship and itinerary platforms, email and text-communication providers, analytics providers, cloud-storage providers, accounting providers, payment services, cybersecurity providers, and professional advisers that support our operations.
Our current or future providers may include platforms such as GoDaddy/Airo, Jotform, Travefy or InteleSpark, travel-supplier booking systems, and related services. Each provider processes information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Group leaders and travel companions
For group travel, we may share limited information—such as reservation status, rooming needs, payment status, activity selections, or traveler communications—with an authorized group leader, trip host, roommate, or travel companion when necessary to coordinate the trip. We do not disclose complete payment-card or passport information to group leaders or other travelers.
Legal and safety purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, legal process, government requests, travel-security requirements, fraud prevention, an emergency involving health or safety, or to protect the rights and property of TWB or others.
Business transactions
Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
TWB does not sell personal information for money. We do not sell passport information, payment-card information, dates of birth, accessibility information, or health-related travel requests.
Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly and may treat certain analytics or advertising technology transfers as a sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. To the extent applicable law provides such a right, you may request to opt out by contacting us using the information below or by using any cookie-preference or opt-out tool made available on our website.
6Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand website usage, maintain security, and improve services. Some third-party content or links may also set cookies under the third party's own privacy policy.
You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect certain website features. Where required, we will provide additional cookie choices or honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals supported by our website technology.
7Email and Text Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. If you consent to receive promotional text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications necessary to respond to an inquiry, service a reservation, collect an authorized payment, communicate a supplier change, or support you during travel.
8Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including servicing travel, maintaining transaction and commission records, complying with tax and legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the travel supplier's requirements, the status of the trip, legal obligations, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention requirements.
9Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, email, mobile communication, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using secure devices and communication methods and for protecting any passwords or access links provided to you.
If you believe information you provided to TWB has been compromised, contact us promptly.
10Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Access personal information we maintain about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of personal information;

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information we must retain to complete travel, maintain transaction records, comply with law, detect fraud, protect legal rights, or secure our systems.

If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12International Travel and Data Transfers
Travel planning frequently requires information to be sent to suppliers, service providers, or government authorities in other countries. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. When you request international travel and provide the information necessary to arrange it, you understand that relevant information may be transferred internationally as required to research, book, manage, or fulfill your trip.
