 In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, we must be notified in writing via email to:  info@twbtravelgroup.com.  Notifications via phone call, text, chat, etc. will not be accepted. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your request in writing.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 60 - 31 days (08/07/24-09/06/24)                                                      40%
• 30 - 07 days (09/07/24-09/30/24)                                                       75%
• Under 06 days (10/01/24 onwards) or No Show                      100%

For any flight, train, or ferry tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. 

1. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.
2. All rates are quoted per person in US Dollars. Price estimates are based on these travel dates. Prices may change if dates are changed.
3. Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.
4. Entry & re-entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry.
5. For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy claim.
6. We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections.
7. TWB Travel Services, Inc. offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. TWB Travel Services, Inc. does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that TWB Travel Services, Inc., acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that TWB Travel Services, Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
